Vuyisile Furniture Factory, located in Tanzania’s Morogoro region falls under Sokoine University of Agriculture’s College of Forestry, Wildlife and Tourism, is set to receive new machinery to expand its production and increase efficiency. The factory is part of the BSc Forestry and BSc Wood Technology and Value Addition curriculum. The university is also acquiring 10,000ha to establish a training forest in Madaba, Ruvuma.
