While visitors at the Malaysian Wood Expo (MWE 2023) networked with industry organisations, exhibitors and each other, the Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) and the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade) were behind the scenes matching 88 Malaysian exporters of wood-based products with foreign buyers from 23 countries resulting in business worth an impressive export value of USD32 million.
